After overcoming childhood instability and adversity, our founder created Grace & Grit to help others build stable, independent lives through belonging, support, encouragement, Radical Accountability, and opportunity. We believe community changes lives, and sometimes people need someone to believe in them before they learn to believe in themselves.

Through support, encouragement, mentorship, and healthy accountability, we help individuals recognize their strengths, build self-confidence, and take ownership of their future. We recognize that many people have experienced circumstances they did not choose, and while those experiences may shape a person's story, they do not have to define the rest of their life. We are working to create pathways to belonging, independence, personal responsibility, and generational transformation.
